AriiSmits has recently completed the fitout design for Plutora’s new Sydney office on Pitt St at Martin Place. Plutora is a world leader in software delivery and has offices across the globe. AriiSmits partnered with Scope Projects to design, document, and deliver an A Grade commercial fitout in the heart of Sydney. 

The brief was to create a workspace that is modern and allows for flexibility of use as well as flexibility in working practices for over seventy staff. Plutora is an example of a workspace created to have  a positive and dynamic impact on the team members and allow for activity based working. Due to Plutora’s global reach the workspace needed to be designed to facilitate a wide range of technology and video conferencing across the site. 

AriiSmits worked with Plutora to develop a range of signage for the office that link to the company’s profile and narrative. Many of the spaces are dynamic and can be changed to suit a range of functions at short notice. 

This project was undertaken within a Heritage building and and in accordance with green star energy guidelines.
