AriiSmits was contracted by Double Gold Stone, a boutique property development company to undertake the design, documentation and management of their head office refurbishment at Macquarie Park.

The DGS brief was to create an office environment that paralleled, and complimented their high class residential developments. The DGS head office was a range of independent office spaces, open plan offices, and meeting areas.

AriiSmits delivered the project ahead of schedule and on budget by utilising strong supplier and subconsultant relationships as well as by assisting DGS in value engineering the project to fit their needs.
