AriiSmits undertook the role of head consultant for the refurbishment of the Hunter Development Corporation's head offices on Honeysuckle Dr in Newcastle's CBD. 

The HDC refurbishment was a high spec design for a modern corporate office. Including: workstations, meeting rooms, multiuse rooms, breakout spaces, collaboration space, and utility areas.
